Job Description

This role is for one of our clients in the Sales industry at Associate level seniority with a minimum of 1 year of experience. The location for this full-time position is in Mumbai. We are looking for a dynamic and service-driven Luxury Jewelry Sales Consultant to represent our showroom and provide customers with an immersive buying experience. As a crucial member of the retail team, you will assist customers in finding elegant and personalized jewelry pieces for various occasions, offering expert advice, emotional connection, and a comprehensive understanding of our exclusive collections. Your responsibilities will include: Client Experience & Sales Consultation: - Warmly greeting clients and creating a welcoming atmosphere - Engaging customers in meaningful conversations to understand their preferences and needs - Recommending jewelry pieces based on personal style, budget, and occasion - Providing detailed product knowledge including stone quality, metal types, and craftsmanship Sales & Revenue Generation: - Using relationship-driven selling techniques to convert showroom visits into successful sales - Proactively following up with potential clients to build long-term relationships - Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals consistently Visual Merchandising & Showroom Standards: - Maintaining showroom presentation standards and ensuring displays are aligned with brand aesthetics - Supporting inventory checks, restocking, and showcasing seasonal or promotional collections Brand Representation: - Reflecting the luxury and heritage of the brand in every interaction - Staying informed about the latest trends in fine jewelry, gemstones, and fashion - Educating clients about jewelry care, maintenance, and service options Operational Excellence: - Managing client records, purchase history, and preferences in CRM tools for future engagement - Participating in in-store events, promotions, and training initiatives The ideal candidate will have: - 1-3 years of experience in high-end retail or luxury sales, with a preference for a jewelry background - A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences - Strong communication skills with a polished, confident, and empathetic approach - Attention to detail, presentation, and brand alignment - Comfort with sales targets and maintaining client databases - Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Retail, Sales, Fashion, or a related field - Formal training in gemology or jewelry product knowledge is an advantage - Experience working with CRM software and POS systems,
