Jewellery Store Manager

We are looking for a responsible, customer-focused, and sales-driven Jewellery Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, product knowledge in jewellery, and experience in retail management. Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store. Lead, train, and supervise sales staff to achieve store targets. Ensure excellent customer service and support customers with jewellery selections. Maintain inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper display of jewellery items. Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Coordinate with suppliers, maintain purchase records, and oversee stock replenishment. Implement store policies, security procedures, and ensure loss prevention. Monitor sales performance and plan strategies to increase footfall and revenue. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards in the store. Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (preferably in jewellery retail). Strong communication and customer handling skills. Good leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of gold, diamonds, precious stones, and hallmarking (preferred). Basic computer skills (POS billing, MS Excel, CRM). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Education & Experience10th-Bachelor’s degree or any relevant qualification. 2–5 years of experience in jewellery retail or store management.
