Yamie Fine Jewellery is a contemporary jewellery brand specializing in elegant, everyday fine jewellery. We seek a results-driven Store Manager to oversee all boutique operations and drive sales success.

The Role: Key Responsibilities

The Store Manager is the operational leader responsible for the overall business and team performance. Your core duties include:

• Sales Drive: Develop strategies to meet and exceed ambitious sales and profitability targets.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver world-class service and achieve goals.
• Customer Experience: Cultivate a strong clienteling culture and ensure exceptional, personalized service for all customers.
• Store Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with all company policies and luxury brand standards.
• Meticulous Control: Maintain absolute accuracy in Inventory Control (audits, stock transfers) and perform strict Cash Management (reconciliation, financial reporting).

Required Qualifications

• Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven retail management experience, preferably in fine jewellery, luxury, or high-end retail.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Operational Skills: Strong proficiency in inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting.
• Product Passion: Genuine interest in fine jewellery, diamonds, and luxury aesthetics.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
