Full management of accounts and financial records Maintain and update Sundry Debtors / Creditors lists Prepare and track Approval / Memo lists Stock maintenance and reconciliation Handle GST, TDS, and other compliance Finalization of accounts and coordination with auditors Manage billing, voucher entries, ledger posting Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliation, and daily reporting Supervise junior staff if needed B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting Minimum 3 years of experience in jewellery accounting Proficient in Tally / Jewellery software (e.g., Jwelly, Marg, or custom ERP) Strong command over Excel & accounting entries Knowledge of inventory and item-wise stock management Understanding of GST filings, TDS, and statutory requirements Age: Preferably below 40 years Smart, energetic, and well-organized Resides in or near Mohali / Chandigarh Disciplined and serious about responsibilities Can take full ownership of the accounting department
Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements Show and explain jewellery collections (Gold, Diamond, Polki, Silver, etc.) Build trust and good customer relationships Handle billing and approval processes Maintain stock display and cleanliness at the counter Follow up with customers for repeat business Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales and gold scheme targets Minimum 1 year of experience in Jewellery/retail sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good product knowledge (basic idea of Jewellery types, karat, stones, etc.) Smart personality, polite, and customer-friendly attitude Basic knowledge of billing software (if any) Fluent in Hindi and basic English/Punjabi preferred Well-groomed and punctual Female/male both can apply Age: 21–35 years Honest, responsible, and sales-driven Lives in or near Mohali/Chandigarh Serious about long-term job stability Immediate Joining
