- Oversee daily operations of the jewellery showroom, ensuring smooth functioning.
- Manage and train sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock display, and ensure proper merchandising.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Implement sales strategies to drive footfall and increase revenue.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements.
- Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar role in the jewellery industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of jewellery products, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Ability to handle targets, work under pressure, and motivate the team.
- Graduation Mandatory; additional certification in retail management is a plus.
