Jewellery Showroom Manager

As a Jewellery Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom located in Shakti Nagar, Udaipur. Your role will involve managing the sales staff, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction levels. You will also be required to implement sales strategies, maintain compliance with company policies, and prepare sales reports for performance analysis and improvement suggestions. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the jewellery showroom. - Manage and train sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. - Monitor inventory levels, stock display, and ensure proper merchandising. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels. - Implement sales strategies to drive footfall and increase revenue. - Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards. - Prepare sales reports, analyze performance, and suggest improvements. Qualification Required: - Proven experience as a Showroom Manager or similar role in the jewellery industry. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of jewellery products, market trends, and customer preferences. - Ability to handle targets, work under pressure, and motivate the team. - Graduation Mandatory; additional certification in retail management is a plus.
