• Lead and motivate a sales team:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service:Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong customer relationships.
• Manage and resolve customer complaints:Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and issues promptly and effectively.

Operational Management:

• Manage daily store operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, maintain store cleanliness and presentation, and ensure a welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory and stock levels: Monitor inventory, replenish stock, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Implement merchandising strategies: Plan and execute effective merchandising strategies to showcase jewelry and drive sales.

Staff Management & Development:

• Train and develop staff:Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Motivate and mentor team members:Foster a positive and productive work environment, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Other Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance:Prepare sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations:Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate promotional activities:Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive sales and attract customers.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
