Key Responsibilities:- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure a memorable shopping experience. Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and showroom sales goals by effectively promoting products and upselling. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of jewelry types, craftsmanship, pricing, care, and current trends. Showroom Management: Keep displays attractive, clean, organized, and ensure products are well-maintained and secure. Transactions: Process payments, handle POS systems, and manage sales records accurately. Inventory: Assist with stock counts, replenishment, and reporting. Customer Service: Resolve complaints professionally, follow up post-purchase, and build long-term loyalty. Marketing Support: Participate in events and promotions. Required Skills:- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Strong sales & negotiation skills. Passion for jewelry & current trends. Customer-focused attitude. Attention to detail.
