Job description-

Position - Sales Team Lead

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Monitor daily sales activities, ensure proper customer follow-ups, and close deals effectively.

Train new and existing team members on product knowledge, showroom processes, and customer handling.

Support team members during customer interactions, negotiations, and test drives.

Analyze sales performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management.

Ensure compliance with showroom standards, branding, and customer experience guidelines.

Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service departments for smooth customer transactions.

Address customer complaints/escalations and ensure quick resolution.

Drive initiatives for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat/referral sales.

Maintain team discipline, punctuality, and positive work environment.

Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate preferred (Minimum 12th Pass).

Experience: 3–5 years in automobile showroom sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.

Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.

Knowledge of financing, insurance, and exchange processes in the automobile sector.

Valid two-wheeler driving license.
