Job description-
Expirenance - 3 to 6 yrs
Position - CRM
Job Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries, follow-ups, and feedback.
· Maintain and update customer database with accurate details.
· Coordinate with the sales team to schedule test rides, vehicle delivery, and post-sales support.
· Ensure timely communication of offers, finance schemes, and service reminders to customers.
· Manage customer complaints/escalations and provide quick resolutions.
· Track customer satisfaction through feedback calls after sales and service.
· Support in retention and loyalty programs (repeat customers, referrals).
· Generate regular reports on customer follow-ups, pending cases, and closure status.
· Assist in showroom events, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
Requirements:
· Qualification: Graduate / Minimum 12th Pass.
· Experience: 1–3 years in CRM, telecalling, customer support, or automobile sales (preferred).
· Good communication skills in local language, Hindi & English.
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
· Pleasant personality with customer-centric approach.
