About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for writing, an understanding of social media trends, and the ability to craft engaging content tailored for different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit, and proofread compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.)

Develop engaging captions, posts, stories, and scripts for reels/videos.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and strategy.

Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry news to create relevant and share-worthy content.

Optimize content for reach, engagement, and SEO (where applicable).

Maintain a content calendar and deliver within deadlines.

Track and analyze content performance metrics, suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role (preferably in social media).

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Knowledge of SEO basics and content marketing is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.

Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing.

Familiarity with paid ads content (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn).
