Java Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strong understanding of both project management methodologies and technical processes, enabling effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.

- Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Team Leadership:

- Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction and motivation to achieve project goals.

- Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project presentations.

- Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to project expenditures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technical environment.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

- Familiarity with software development processes, tools, and technologies.
