• Develop and maintain scalable Java-based applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness in an on-site setting in India.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and robust solutions.
• Implement RESTful web services and integrate third-party APIs to support seamless data exchange.
• Write clean, efficient code using Spring Framework and Hibernate/JPA, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications to enhance performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline setup to uphold software quality and delivery timelines.
  

Must-Have

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8+ and the Spring Framework (Spring Boot, MVC).
• Experience with Hibernate or JPA for ORM and relational databases (MySQL, Oracle).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).
  

Preferred

• Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
