About the Role

100+ Java Full Stack Developers

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct

  technical interviews and coding assessments

  for Java Full Stack developer candidates (6–12 years experience range).
• Evaluate candidates’ proficiency across

  backend, frontend, cloud, DevOps, and testing

  technologies.
• Design and administer

  live coding challenges

  , problem-solving questions, and scenario-based discussions.
• Assess candidates’ ability to design

  microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures

  .
• Evaluate practical knowledge of

  AWS cloud services

  and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Screen for strong

  DevOps skills

  (CI/CD, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Validate frontend expertise in

  Angular or React

  , JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Review candidates’ understanding of

  databases

  (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• Assess testing knowledge with

  JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cucumber

  .
• Provide structured feedback and recommendations to hiring managers and recruiting teams.
• Collaborate with recruitment operations to

  standardize evaluation criteria and ensure fairness

  across all interviews.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on Java Full Stack development experience.
• Prior experience conducting

  technical interviews or mentoring

  developers.
• Strong technical expertise across:

• Backend:

  Core Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs.

• Cloud:

  AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, IAM, S3), Terraform/CloudFormation.

• DevOps:

  Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes.

• Frontend:

  Angular or React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.

• Databases:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB.

• Testing:

  JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cucumber.
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication and feedback delivery skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience as a

  Technical Screener, Interviewer, or Tech Lead

  .
• Exposure to

  serverless architectures

  (AWS Lambda, Step Functions).
• Experience with

  messaging/streaming platforms

• Strong ability to

  differentiate between theoretical knowledge and real-world hands-on experience

Compensation & Engagement

• ₹500–700 INR per interview conducted

  (based on experience).
