Java Developer

Shivantra Solutions Private Limited is looking for a talented Java Developer to join our dynamic team!In this role, you’ll design, build, and maintain scalable Java applications using modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of developers, testers, and database engineers to deliver high-quality, high-performance software solutions for our clients.

Your work will directly contribute to the success of our projects and the growth of our technology-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

Java Application Development

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Build backend logic, APIs, and integration layers.
• Work with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.

Testing & Optimization

• Perform unit testing using JUnit or TestNG.
• Debug and optimize existing Java codebases for performance improvements.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through regular reviews and refactoring.

Build & Deployment

• Use build tools such as Maven or Gradle for project management and automation.
• Deploy and maintain Java applications on Tomcat, JBoss, or other application servers.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).

Database Integration

• Collaborate with database developers using JDBC or JPA.
• Develop and maintain efficient database interaction layers.
• Ensure data integrity and performance through optimized queries and schema design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong grasp of OOP principles and backend architecture.
• Experience working with REST APIs and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Local candidates are preferred.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
