Java Developer

As a Java Developer at Shivantra Solutions Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable Java applications using modern frameworks like Spring Boot and Hibernate. You will collaborate closely with a passionate team of developers, testers, and database engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, high-performance software solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications. - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. - Build backend logic, APIs, and integration layers. - Work with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate. - Perform unit testing using JUnit or TestNG. - Debug and optimize existing Java codebases for performance improvements. - Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through regular reviews and refactoring. - Use build tools such as Maven or Gradle for project management and automation. - Deploy and maintain Java applications on Tomcat, JBoss, or other application servers. - Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). - Collaborate with database developers using JDBC or JPA. - Develop and maintain efficient database interaction layers. - Ensure data integrity and performance through optimized queries and schema design. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or related field. - Hands-on experience as a Java Developer. - Strong grasp of OOP principles and backend architecture. - Experience working with REST APIs and relational databases. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. - Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. - Local candidates are preferred. - Strong English communication skills (verbal and written). - Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
