What We Do
DevOps 24/6 for setting up a legacy server landscape that serves as a data hub for the parameterization and flashing of trucks and buses in the production process. The customer aims to modernize the server network in parallel with a stable DevOps 24/6 of the existing system.High individualism of plant processes and infrastructure worldwide (no standardization so far). High criticality as the system is in production. Complex legacy code of the existing system. Use of innovative technologies and methods to create more transparency and synergies for the customers. Identifying potential improvements, e.g., in terms of speed and security through reverse engineering, security reviews, technical debt assessment. Increasing the degree of automation to reduce errors and increase speed.E/E: Testing, flashing, and parameterizing in production. DevOps of the existing system 24/6. Improvement of the existing system by introducing DevOps toolchain, monitoring tools, automation, e.g., in the area of testing and security, agile working model. Introduction of NightOps (Nearshore). Offshore delivery of the existing system. New conceptualization & DevOps.
What You Will Do
- Design and implementation of new requirements
- Analysis of productive incidents and solution finding (3rd level support)
- Technical consulting for customer
- Enhancement and improvement of our way of working (use of KI, automation…)
- Working close together with the (international) customer, german and romanian msg colleagues
 
Requirements
What we are looking for
- 1-2 years of experience in developing Java applications
- Willingness and entitlement to learn C++. The goal is: independent assumption and development of C++ user stories 
- Good softskills (e. g. communication)
- Good knowledge of SQL/MS SQL Server
- Good knowledge of REST services
- Knowledge in (not everything has to be fulfilled):

Nice to have
- Knowledge in test automation
- automotive industry experience of advantage
