Job Description

About The Role

Full time graduation from a recognized university.

Minimum JLPT N3/NAT Q3 certified or above with the right attitude will be considered.

Full time corporate work experience of minimum 2 years.

Experience in L1 monitoring / Service Desk.

Well versed with MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be willing to work in 24x7 rotational shifts pattern, including night shifts.

Must be willing to support clients over phone, web, or mail.

Must have strong interpersonal skills, good Japanese communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of employees in a professional manner.

Should be able to perform the assigned duties in a timely and accurate manner.

Must handle responsibilities by multi-tasking, working independently, and with minimal direction.

ITIL framework knowledge will be an added advantage.
