Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Company Secretary with a fintech background to ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in fintech companies and will play a critical role in ensuring legal and regulatory compliance while supporting corporate decision-making.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, RBI, SEBI, and other fintech-related regulations
• Manage corporate governance and secretarial functions, including board meetings, annual reports, and filings
• Draft, review, and manage statutory documents, resolutions, and agreements
• Liaise with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, RBI, and other statutory bodies
• Handle licensing and regulatory approvals required for fintech operations
• Oversee legal compliance and risk management related to fintech regulations
• Assist in contract management, including vendor agreements, shareholder agreements, and investor relations
• Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and filings
• Advise senior management on corporate governance and regulatory changes
• Support fundraising activities, including due diligence, compliance filings, and investor reporting
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws, cybersecurity regulations, and fintech-specific laws
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of fintech regulations, RBI guidelines, and SEBI compliance
• Expertise in corporate laws, secretarial practices, and governance frameworks
• Experience in handling board meetings, minutes, and corporate governance reports
