Key Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional and informational counselling to patients undergoing IVF and other fertility treatments.
• Guide patients through treatment plans, procedures, timelines, and expectations.
• Offer support during consultations, investigations, and IVF cycles.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and the embryology team for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records, consent forms, and documentation with accuracy.
• Explain treatment costs, packages, and financial details clearly to patients.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and monitoring patient progress.
• Ensure a comforting, empathetic, and confidential environment for all patients.
• Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure counselling to ensure patient readiness.
• Address patient concerns, doubts, and queries professionally and politely.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Psychology, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in IVF/Healthcare counselling will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy.
• Good knowledge of fertility treatments and medical terminology (preferred).
• Computer proficiency for maintaining patient data and reports.
