The overall objective of the Relationship Manager is to facilitate and increase the conversion % of the centre by convincing the patients about the USPs of KIMS Fertility IVF Centre and it being the best possible option for their pregnancy. · To be comprehensively aware of all the procedures & prices relating to IVF treatment · To effectively communicate and convey to the patients about our USPs. · To convince the patients on the ability of our company, transparency, and ethics · To follow up with IVF advised patients to ensure that they take up procedures with us. · To be a part and analyze & present the data on conversion and the related work to the Center Manager. · To ensure that the patient gets the right information, support, and advice on the procedure to be taken. · To measure and achieve the effectiveness of goals set from time to time by the Management. · To maintain patient focus and answering to their enquiries by using the SOPs. · To ensure availability of potential IVF Patients during the support group meet program in coordination with the psychological counsellor. · To make sure that the required data to be updated in Palash and Gemino for smooth functioning.
