Job Description

ITSM/ITIL Analyst – Asset ManagementOverview

Seeking a 2–3 year experienced ITSM/ITIL Analyst to manage service management processes and the end-to-end IT asset lifecycle (hardware, software, cloud) in Chennai.

Responsibilities

  • Execute incident, change, configuration, and problem management per ITIL best practices
  • Maintain and reconcile the CMDB for accurate, real-time asset visibility
  • Conduct periodic asset audits, license compliance checks, and usage forecasting
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and vendors for contract and SLA adherence
  • Generate reports on SLA performance, asset KPIs, and drive continuous improvements

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ experience in ITSM/ITIL roles with hands-on asset management
  • ITIL Foundation certification (Practitioner or Intermediate preferred)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation & Location

CTC: ₹3.0 – 4.2 LPA Location: Chennai

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
