Extensive exposure to ServiceNow platform with some focus on ServiceNow DEX Good collaborations skills as this work demands talking to various internal and customer stakeholders Good documentation and presentation skills Ability to clearly understand and articulate use cases for ServiceNow DEX Ability to design test plan for use cases and get them executed with the required stakeholders Good presentation skills as this work needs creation of PoC outcome report for steerco. Above average communication skills both written and verbal. High level understanding of how agents (data collection) work and understanding of Firewalls role in blocking/allowing communication High level understanding of WMI based communications Exposure to creating reports & dashboards in ServiceNow.
