Responsibilities :
- Wiring and Assembly: Perform wiring tasks inside the cabinet of EV chargers according to provided diagrams and technical specifications. Ensure accurate and precise placement of wires, cables, and connectors, following established assembly procedures.
- Component Placement: Mount and secure mechanical and electronic components inside the cabinets, including power modules, control boards, connectors, and other related parts. Ensure proper alignment, positioning, and fastening to meet quality and safety standards.
- Quality Checks: Conduct minor incoming quality checks on incoming components, materials, and parts to verify their conformity with specifications and requirements. Perform in-process quality checks during production to ensure compliance with documentation and identify any deviations or issues promptly.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspection results, and any deviations from standard procedures. Generate reports as required to communicate production status, quality findings, and any corrective actions taken.
- Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies throughout the production process.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-solving: Identify and troubleshoot assembly or wiring issues, rectify errors, and resolve technical problems that may arise during production. Collaborate with the engineering or technical team to address complex issues or seek guidance when needed.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and quality. Contribute ideas and suggestions to streamline production processes, optimize workflow, and reduce waste.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth production operations. Communicate and coordinate with team members to address challenges, share information, and achieve production targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of production equipment and tools .Report any equipment malfunctions or abnormalities promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Training and Development: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to EV charger production. Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills required for the role.
Qualifications :
- ITI / Diploma
- Must have an experience of 0-1 years in a relevant field
Skills & Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Production Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing of electrical or electronic equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical wiring, assembly, and mechanical mounting techniques.
- Familiarity with diagrams, technical specifications, and documentation used in production processes.
- Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work to ensure accurate assembly and wiring.
- Good understanding of quality control processes and the ability to conduct inspections and checks effectively.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and related equipment for assembly and wiring tasks.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets in a fast-paced environment.
