ITI - Welder (Fresher, 2024/2025 pass out)
Performing welding operations (Arc Welding, MIG, TIG, etc.) as per shop requirements.
Working on fabrication and assembly processes under supervision.
Understanding and following welding drawings, symbols, and process instructions.
Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
Exposure to power generation repair workshop machinery & welding technologies.
Supporting production teams in achieving quality and productivity targets.
Strong Learning Attitude
Logical Reasoning & Problem-Solving Approach
Adaptability & Flexibility to work in shifts and different shop environments
