Qualification Required:

• ITI – Welder (Fresher, 2024/2025 pass out)

Essential Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Performing welding operations (Arc Welding, MIG, TIG, etc.) as per shop requirements.

• Working on fabrication and assembly processes under supervision.

• Understanding and following welding drawings, symbols, and process instructions.

• Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring adherence to safety standards.

• Exposure to power generation repair workshop machinery & welding technologies.

• Supporting production teams in achieving quality and productivity targets.
