Job Description

Job Summary:

The Tender Executive is responsible for managing the entire tendering process from identifying relevant tenders, preparing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, submitting bids on time, and ensuring compliance with all requirements to maximize tender win rates.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and track government tenders through groups, portals and publications.
Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, and terms & conditions carefully.
Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for bid preparation.
Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial proposals within deadlines.
Maintain and update records of submitted tenders, results, and feedback.
Ensure all documentation (EMD, BG, authorization letters, etc.) is accurate and valid.
Handle online tender submissions (GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals, etc.).
Communicate with clients and procurement departments for pre-bids, clarifications and updates.
Track post-submission activities such as bid evaluation, negotiation, and award results.
Prepare MIS reports on tender status and success ratio.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Graduate in computer or any related field.
2–4 years of experience in tender management or business development.
Strong knowledge of government e-tendering portals (GeM, NIC, CPPP).
Good communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and capable of multitasking.
