Work directly with hiring managers and foundersno silos Own hiring in a meaningful waynot just close roles, but build teams Flexible working culture, lean processes, and zero fluff Opportunity to grow into a Lead TA or People Ops role What Youll Own: Sourcing: Actively source top-tier IT candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, and other relevant platforms Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and upcoming tech roles Run strategic Boolean searches and keep up with sourcing best practices Screening & Evaluation: Conduct first-level technical screening based on job requirements (tech stacks, projects, problem-solving) Assess candidate communication skills, professional behavior, and reliability during calls Identify red flags early and ensure only quality candidates are passed forward Coordination & Candidate Experience: Schedule interviews, share feedback loops, and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring journey Ensure timely follow-ups, offer roll-outs, and closure coordination Track metrics like screening-to-selection ratio, response time, and drop-off points What You Bring 6+ months of full-cycle recruitment experience focused on IT/tech roles Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn and Naukri (Boolean logic, filters, proactive reach-out) Hands-on experience in screening IT professionals (frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, etc.) Excellent communication skills and an eye for candidate professionalism and long-term fit Familiarity with ATS and recruitment dashboards High ownership, structured approach, and strong follow-through Bonus if You Have Experience working with fast-paced startups or product companies Exposure to employer branding or candidate engagement campaigns Understanding of tech stacks and basic technical terminology
