IT Technical Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our team at ChicMic Studios. As the IT Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for our IT department. Your understanding of the technology industry will be essential in identifying candidates with the skills and experience required to thrive in our organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent, as well as developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates. You will conduct initial phone screens, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating and extending job offers to successful candidates, developing relationships with external recruiting partners, and participating in job fairs and other recruiting events as needed. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. Knowledge of technology industry trends, terminology, and job roles is essential, as is experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. A results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals is also required, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a full-time position with benefits including a flexible schedule and Provident Fund. The work location is in person at Mohali, Punjab. The expected start date is 20/06/2025.
