Position: IT Tech Lead Location: Noida, Sector 135 (WFO) Company’s Website Link: vGics Global LLP Position Overview: vGics Global LLP is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Tech Lead to optimize our internal IT operations while also supporting client-facing engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in system administration , cloud services , and enterprise IT infrastructure , coupled with excellent client interaction skills. You will play a key role in ensuring both internal system integrity and delivering high-impact IT solutions to our global clients. Key Responsibilities: IT Infrastructure Management: · Oversee the health and performance of all IT systems including servers, cloud platforms, networks, and enterprise software. · Lead infrastructure upgrades and ensure business continuity through system optimization and proactive risk mitigation. · Implement and maintain security protocols across all IT environments in compliance with company and client standards. System Administration & Cloud Management: · Manage and support virtualized environments and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, etc.) to support business operations and client projects. · Perform regular audits, patch management, and troubleshooting across internal and client-hosted systems. · Optimize performance of internal platforms used in digital transformation and consulting projects. Client Engagement & Technical Support: · Serve as a client-facing technical expert, aligning IT solutions with client needs in digital transformation initiatives. · Conduct technical discussions, project walkthroughs, and support escalations for clients across industries. · Deliver client training, demos, and post-deployment support to ensure satisfaction and adoption. Team Leadership & Collaboration: · Lead and mentor a growing team of IT and system support professionals. · Collaborate with vGics’ cross-functional teams including project managers, developers, and solution architects. · Define and enforce IT standards, SOPs, and best practices to streamline operations. Project & Vendor Management: · Manage IT infrastructure and application implementation projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met. · Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and support. · Track milestones, report progress, and handle change management across active IT projects. Required Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. · 6–10 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, and cloud platforms. · Proven client-facing experience in a consulting or managed services environment. · Strong technical expertise in Windows/Linux servers, networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity. · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
