Role Overview: This is an individual contributor role for someone with strong knowledge of email marketing , LinkedIn campaigns , and Google Ads . The intern will work closely with management and take complete ownership of digital marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: Create, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns. Design and execute LinkedIn ad campaigns for B2B lead generation and brand awareness. Set up and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), including keyword planning and budget optimization. Monitor and report performance using Google Analytics , ad dashboards, and campaign tools. Suggest strategies to improve CTR, conversion rates, and lead quality. Conduct basic SEO research and provide content suggestions to improve visibility. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (content/design) when needed. Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related fields. Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms , Google Ads , and LinkedIn Campaign Manager . Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret campaign metrics. Self-motivated and able to work independently without daily supervision. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Knowledge of tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or HubSpot. Certification in Google Ads or LinkedIn Marketing, or any related certification is a plus.
