Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity testing and security product sales, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our cybersecurity services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Understand clients' specific cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Promote Cybersecurity Services and Products:
• Present and demonstrate our cybersecurity testing services and security products to prospective clients.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity industry to effectively promote our offerings.
• Sales and Revenue Growth:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the management team.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with the technical and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve our services and product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the cybersecurity industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity testing services and security products.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Cyber security sales: 4 years (Preferred)
