You will be joining vGics Global as a Business Development Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the cybersecurity sector. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:** - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities. - Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets. - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. - **Client Relationship Management:** - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. - Understand clients" cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions. - Act as the main point of contact, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. - **Promote Cybersecurity Services and Products:** - Present and demonstrate cybersecurity testing services and products to prospective clients. - Stay updated with industry trends to effectively promote offerings. - **Sales and Revenue Growth:** - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business. - **Collaboration and Teamwork:** - Work closely with technical and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute to business strategy. - Provide feedback to improve services and product offerings. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field. - 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in cybersecurity. - Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth. - In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity testing services and security products. - Familiarity with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Willingness to travel as needed. This is a full-time position, and the work location is in person.,
