IT Systems Analyst

• Development of QlikSense Apps and and connect to Databases (e.g. GCP (Google Cloud (GCP), PYTHON, QlikSense, SQL, ALTERYX, Looker Studio etc.) to support Buyers with the establishment of Reports for FCSD-E Purchasing on weekly and/or monthly base; suite of business reports supporting tracking of Key Performance Indicator on regular cadence
• Supporting role for new purchasing systems (e.g. iERP) and definition and creation of Reports with KPI’s to support the EU FCSD purchasing business team and buyers in order to achieve yearly company targets
  

Responsibilities

• Combine knowledge of the FCSD-E purchasing business model together with knowledge of programming and data structures and knowledge of how the system will support and interact with upstream and downstream systems. As applicable for individual projects, develop plans with milestones against which status reporting will be done.
• Driving Continuous Improvement in the development of the IT tools for FCSD Purchasing
• Liaison with the global Purchasing FCSD PIMS IT Team
• Support the Purchasing Business Support Team, acting as an interface between the buying teams and the systems community and liaison with the external support Teams is required. This role has a central business analysis and reporting function, in order to support the Purchasing Teams in their material and supply chain management objectives.
• Daily first line support for Buyers and Purchasing Business Team, including mainframe system issues as also iERP, etc. Determination of the nature, assessing impacts, priotisation, and monitoring / root cause detection of the issue and problem solving, monitoring and assisting until closure.
• Drive operational excellence through standardization and sustainable quality processes.
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in more than 5 years in IT Department (GDIA) or in one of PS&L areas (e.g. Commodity, Transport, PIMS, SCM, …)
• Proficiency in software tools including Excel
• Excellence Experience with SQL, Python, and Good Experience in GCP, Looker Studio, QlikSense and Alteryx
• Analytical skills and ability to self train on new systems and software
• Basic knowledge of SCM and New Parts Set-up systems (SAP and DBDL)
• Good team player
