Job Description

As a Corporate Applications Analyst at Azurity Pharmaceuticals, you will play a crucial role in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing corporate applications essential to various business functions. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet operational needs, drive improvements, and ensure data integrity and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience in Following Enterprise Applications: D365, QuickBooks Enterprise, Sphere, ADP/Worktango, Concur, Docusign, Workday, Greenhouse/ADP/AD, Files.com, Halo, Delinea, Veeva Vault PromoMats, Azure Logic Apps, etc. - Application Support & Maintenance: - Provide day-to-day support for corporate applications, ensuring availability and optimal performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with vendors and internal IT teams. - Monitor system performance, uptime, and integrations, proactively addressing potential issues. - Systems Implementation & Configuration: - Lead or assist in the implementation of new applications or modules. - Configure systems to align with business processes, including custom fields, workflows, and reports. - Document system configurations, customizations, and operational procedures. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Work with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements for new features or enhancements. - Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless integration of corporate applications. - Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams during project implementations and issue resolutions. - Integration, Data Management & Integrity: - Ensure data integrity by implementing and maintaining appropriate validation rules and governance processes. - Support data migration, cleansing, and reconciliation efforts during system changes. - Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics as requested by stakeholders. - Compliance & Security: - Ensure systems comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. - Implement role-based access control (RBAC) and regularly review user permissions. - Manage system audits and coordinate with internal and external auditors as needed. - Testing, UAT & Training: - Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate system changes, enhancements, and new implementations. - User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate with business users to conduct UAT, ensuring all requirements are met before deployment. - Training: Provide training sessions and create user manuals to enhance user understanding of corporate applications and new features. **Qualification Required:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science or MCA or similar fields of study. - 5-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in Corporate Applications. - Hands-on experience with the listed applications. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Hands-on software development or systems implementation experience.,
