IT System Engineer / Manager

Role Description We have multiple openings for IT System Administrator & IT Managers. The positions are full-time in a hybrid role at Alyssum Global Services in Noida, with flexibility for remote work. Core Skills (Mandatory) Strong background in managing Microsoft 365 Strong Networking & firewalls Cloud technologies (AWS) Strong Experience in Backups & related solutions Active Directory Experience: Minimum 3 Years to 10 Years in IT Infrastructure Key Responsibilities (IT System Administrators): Manage and support Microsoft 365 services. Oversee network infrastructure, including switches and routers, ensuring optimal performance and security. Configure and maintain firewalls to safeguard network traffic. Manage and support cloud environments (e.g., AWS EC2, Azure VMs, Google Cloud Platform), ensuring efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness. Implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to protect critical data and systems. Maintain and administer Active Directory and Intune, including user account management, group policies, and security settings. Troubleshoot and resolve software, and network issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with the IT team and other to design and implement new technologies and solutions. Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures. Key Responsibilities (IT System Manager): Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff, across multiple global locations. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance team skills and capabilities. Oversee the design, implementation, and management of our cloud infrastructure. Ensure the security, reliability, and scalability of cloud-based services and applications. Manage cloud resources and optimize costs, ensuring efficient utilization of cloud services. Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure including cloud, network, Active Directory, 365 , applications as Jira and more. Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance. Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the organization's business goals. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new IT solutions and technologies. Show more Show less
