Location: Hybrid, Noida (Sec-90), must be available to work in Canadian MST Role Overview: As a Backend Developer at Alyssum, you will be a key contributor to designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend services and distributed systems. While expertise in Golang is essential, experience with Python and React will be highly valued. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are robust, secure, and capable of handling evolving workloads. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy high-performance backend services using Golang. Design and implement scalable distributed systems and microservices architectures. Collaborate with product, data, and design teams to integrate and enhance our AI-driven solutions. Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security. Contribute to projects utilizing Python and React as needed. Participate in code reviews, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Golang in production environments. Proven expertise in designing and building distributed systems and microservices. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.). Experience with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and message queues (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ). Experience in Python and React is a strong plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team. Must be open to working within the Canadian MST (Mountain Standard Time) zone. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI/ML integrations in production systems. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and version control systems.
