*Administer Google Workspace, AWS IAM, and SaaS applications (e.g., Jira, NetSuite).
*Enforce security baselines, encryption, MFA, patching, and access controls.
*Automate onboarding/offboarding and provisioning workflows.
*Troubleshoot infrastructure and endpoint issues for employees across offices.
*Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and service desk SLAs.
*4 - 8 years of experience in IT systems, infrastructure, or TechOps roles.
*Strong understanding of Windows/macOS administration and networking.
*Experience with Google Workspace and basic AWS IAM management.
*Familiar with security standards such as CIS Benchmarks or ISO 27001.
*Good scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation.
*Clear documentation and troubleshooting skills.
*Exposure to compliance or data protection (DPDP, HIPAA-like) environments.
*Experience integrating HR or IT systems (e.g., HR Management, Jira, Workspace).
*Build and shape TrueMeds’ IT foundation from the ground up.
*Work closely with leadership on security-first initiatives.
*High ownership role with visibility across tech, security, and operations.
