Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Configuring new workstations, laptops, scanners, and printers.
Handling service requests related to technical issues, latency, and device malfunctioning.
Maintaining SLA, NPS, and TPR.
Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
Onboarding and offboarding processes.
Providing technical support to ensure smooth operation of systems and devices.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as an IT support specialist.
Experience within the US Residential Mortgage Industry.
Strong knowledge of computer science, engineering, or relevant fields.
Ability to perform troubleshooting and configure new devices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.
