Roles and Responsibility

  • Configuring new workstations, laptops, scanners, and printers.
  • Handling service requests related to technical issues, latency, and device malfunctioning.
  • Maintaining SLA, NPS, and TPR.
  • Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Providing technical support to ensure smooth operation of systems and devices.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT support specialist.
  • Experience within the US Residential Mortgage Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of computer science, engineering, or relevant fields.
  • Ability to perform troubleshooting and configure new devices.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely.
  • Familiarity with onboarding and offboarding processes.
