Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems supporting CSR activities. This includes providing technical support for CSR applications, including development and deployment. You will also analyze CSR data to create dynamic dashboards for tracking progress and insights. Additionally, you will identify and implement innovative tech solutions to improve CSR initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems supporting CSR activities. - Maintain and enhance the CSR website for optimal performance and user experience. - Provide technical support for CSR applications, including development and deployment. - Analyze CSR data and create dynamic dashboards to track progress and insights. - Resolve technical issues and train team members on IT tools. - Identify and implement innovative tech solutions to improve CSR initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. - Prior experience in managing IT systems and providing technical support. - Proficiency in analyzing data and creating dashboards. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement innovative solutions. Please note that this is a full-time position with day shift work location in person.
