Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective time-management capabilities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux systems, cloud platforms, VoIP systems, server management, and open-source dialer technologies like Vici Dial. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via call, email, and ticketing systems. Manage and maintain Linux OS, cloud servers, and virtualized environments (VMware ESXi). Install, configure, and troubleshoot Vici Dial / open-source dialer systems. Handle issues related to VoIP, SIP, DNS, and network configurations. Perform routine server monitoring, performance tuning, and security updates. Troubleshoot PHP, MySQL related issues and work with web applications. Manage hosting environments including cPanel, web servers, DNS zones, and email setups. Work with cloud platforms such as AWS / other cloud services, including server deployment and support. Ensure timely resolution of technical queries with proper documentation and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and support. Required Technical Skills Strong knowledge of Linux OS Administration (Ubuntu/CentOS). Hands-on experience with Vici Dial / VoIP Dialer Systems. Basic to intermediate skills in PHP & MySQL. Experience with VMware ESXi, Virtual Machines, and virtualization concepts. Cloud server management (AWS preferred). Understanding of DNS, DHCP, networking protocols, and server configurations. Experience with VoIP / SIP troubleshooting. Knowledge of cPanel/WHM and hosting/server administration. Soft Skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving ability. Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks. Customer-centric approach with the ability to handle pressure situations. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in Linux, AWS, or VoIP (optional but preferred). Experience working in IT support or technical support roles.
