Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and networking devices
· Install, update, and configure software and operating systems
· Manage email setups, data backups, and system security
· Diagnose and resolve issues related to internet, LAN, and Wi-Fi
· Provide technical support to users (remote and on-site)
· Monitor system performance and resolve issues in a timely manner
· Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of IT hardware and software
· Hands-on experience with Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and basic networking
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively
Qualifications
· Any IT-related degree/diploma (BCA, BSc IT, Diploma in IT, etc.)
· 2 years of experience
