Job Description

As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing on-site support for computer hardware, software, and networking-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include: - Diagnosing and troubleshooting system problems (hardware/software). - Performing installation and configuration of operating systems, application software, antivirus, etc. - Setting up and maintaining LAN, internet connectivity, and basic network infrastructure. - Maintaining system performance and security updates. - Coordinating with vendors for hardware replacement or service support. - Keeping logs for daily tasks and issue resolutions. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following eligibility criteria: - Graduate in Science or Commerce. - Minimum of 12 years of hands-on experience in hardware and IT support roles. - Proven experience in installing and maintaining IT infrastructure. - Knowledge of basic networking, system formats, drivers, and printer/scanner configuration. - Prior experience as a Resident Engineer will be given preference. - Good communication skills and ability to handle end-user queries effectively. This is a full-time position that requires you to work on-site.,
