IT Support Engineer

• Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. This includes diagnosing and resolving problems via phone, email, or in-person.
• System Maintenance: Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and uptime. This includes regular system audits and updates.
• Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• User Training: Educate users on how to use software and hardware effectively, ensuring they can operate technology with minimal issues.
• Documentation: Maintain records of software licenses, equipment inventory, and technical issues resolved, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
• Collaboration: Work with other IT team members to implement new technologies and improve existing systems, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and familiarity with network protocols and hardware components.
