Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • User Support: Provide technical assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure computer hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and scanners.
  • Maintenance: Monitor, maintain, and upgrade computer systems and networks to ensure they run efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity for individuals and teams.
  • Account Management: Set up and manage accounts and permissions for new and existing users.
  • Equipment Repair: Perform hardware diagnostics, repairs, and replacements as needed.
  • Documentation: Create documentation, procedures, and guides for technical support purposes.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance and network health to prevent issues before they arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
