IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    first-level support

    for hardware, software, and network-related issues across the organization.
  • Manage and maintain

    LAN/WAN infrastructure

    , including

    switches

    ,

    routers

    , and

    LAN cable making/patching

    .
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot

    Windows

    OS,

    Microsoft Outlook

    , and connectivity via

    POP/IMAP/SMTP

    .
  • Administer

    DNS

    ,

    Domain

    -based environments, and basic

    Active Directory

    tasks.
  • Monitor and respond to user issues through a

    ticketing tool

    and ensure timely resolution as per

    SLA

    standards.
  • Install, update, and monitor

    antivirus solutions

    across endpoints.
  • Provide support for

    video conferencing systems

    (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
  • Handle installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of

    Linux OS

    (as an additional skill).
  • Support dialer systems used in call center environments (optional/additional).
  • Maintain documentation of assets, incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and service when required.
  • Train and guide users on basic IT functions and best practices.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of

    LAN/WAN

    technologies and

    IP networking

    .
  • Proficient in

    Windows OS

    installation and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of

    DNS

    ,

    DHCP

    ,

    Active Directory

    , and

    Domain

    -based network setups.
  • Experience with

    Microsoft Outlook

    configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of

    POP, IMAP, SMTP

    protocols.
  • Familiarity with

    hardware support

    (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners).
  • Experience with

    ticketing systems

    (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Knowledge of

    ITIL practices

    and SLA management.
  • Ability to make and troubleshoot

    LAN cables

    , RJ45 connectors.
  • Working knowledge of

    network switches

    and basic network configuration.
  • Linux

    OS knowledge (installation, basic command line, and troubleshooting) –

  • Experience with

    dialers

    (e.g., Vicidial, GoAutoDial) –

  • Familiarity with

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Relevant certifications (A+, N+, CCNA, MCSA, etc.) are a plus.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
