Job Description

Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1 (L1) technical support to end-users at the site.
Assist in network deployment, troubleshooting, and configuration under supervision.
Perform desktop/laptop installation, configuration, and maintenance.
Support in software installation, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution and escalation.
Ensure timely documentation of tickets, incidents, and resolutions.
Maintain IT asset tracking and report site-level observations.
Provide on-ground support during network or infrastructure upgrades.

Skills Required:

Strong understanding of IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, routers, switches).
Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
Knowledge of Active Directory, user account management, and system permissions.
Hands-on experience with ticketing tools and IT asset management systems.
Good understanding of security protocols and antivirus management.
Certification in CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent (preferred).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
