Role Description

This is a contract role for an IT Support Engineer – Networking & Hardware Specialist. The role is based on-site in RK Puram, New Delhi. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, conducting system administration, and offering help desk support to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.

Work Experience Includes:

• Troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, and servers.
• Diagnosing and fixing issues with projectors, large TVs, printers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
• Planning, creating, and setting up office network layouts.
• Identifying faulty parts and coordinating with suppliers for replacement or repair.
• Maintaining an inventory of IT equipment like PCs, peripherals, storage devices, servers, display boards, projectors, TVs, mouse, keyboards, and UPS units.

Qualifications:

• Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills
• Information Technology and System Administration skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
