IT Support Engineer – Networking & Hardware Specialist

Role Description This is a contract role for an IT Support Engineer – Networking & Hardware Specialist. The role is based on-site in RK Puram, New Delhi. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, conducting system administration, and offering help desk support to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations. Work Experience Includes: Troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, and servers. Diagnosing and fixing issues with projectors, large TVs, printers, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi. Planning, creating, and setting up office network layouts. Identifying faulty parts and coordinating with suppliers for replacement or repair. Maintaining an inventory of IT equipment like PCs, peripherals, storage devices, servers, display boards, projectors, TVs, mouse, keyboards, and UPS units. Qualifications: Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills Information Technology and System Administration skills Troubleshooting skills Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Job Highlights: 5 days a week working (09 AM to 05 PM) Job Location: RK Puram, New Delhi
