IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues (desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals).
Troubleshoot and resolve system problems, network connectivity issues, and printer malfunctions.
Set up, configure, and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Assist with OS installation, upgrades, and patch management.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and logs for asset tracking.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware servicing, warranty claims, or replacements.
Support users with email configuration, internet issues, and basic application-level support (MS Office, browsers, etc.).
Ensure adherence to IT policies and security protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking concepts, and hardware troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with printer setup, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance.
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
Good communication skills and a user-friendly attitude.
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.

Nice to Have:

Basic understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.
Experience in supporting antivirus software, backup tools, and cloud-based email systems.
